Evidence and Case Studies

Evidence-backed work

SLN Global Agency documents selected project work so readers can understand the business context, the evidence available, the methodology used, and the limits of what the evidence can prove.

Case studies may be anonymized to protect client and customer privacy. Published numbers are presented with source context, calculation notes, and clear separation between documented facts, client-provided data, and interpretation.

How We Document Evidence

Each evidence-backed case study is intended to explain the business context, the challenge, the work performed, the methodology used, and the results or observations that can be supported by available source material.

  1. 01Source review

Relevant platform, project or operational evidence is reviewed before publication.

  2. 02Classification

Facts, measured data, client-provided data, calculations and interpretation are separated.

  3. 03Privacy review

Sensitive client, customer, account, payment and operational identifiers are withheld or redacted.

  4. 04Calculation review

Published calculations are tied to documented source values and date ranges where practical.

  5. 05Limitations disclosed

Case studies state what the evidence does and does not establish.

  6. 06Publication review

Claims, dates, screenshots, calculations and privacy boundaries are checked before publication.

How Numbers Are Handled

When quantitative metrics are published, SLN Global Agency aims to provide relevant context such as the metric, value and unit, date range, source, calculation method where applicable, and verification level.

Not every case study will contain quantitative data, and metrics should not be described as independently audited unless that is true.

Privacy and Anonymization

Client identity may be withheld for privacy. Information that may be withheld or redacted can include client or customer identity, phone numbers, private messages, account identifiers, payment details, confidential business information and private operational data.

Anonymization must not be used to fabricate, exaggerate or alter performance numbers.

Transparency

Supporting Documents and Important Limitations

Screenshots and Supporting Documents

Supporting screenshots or documents may be included when appropriate. Sensitive information should be reviewed and redacted before publication.

Performance numbers shown as evidence must not be manipulated. Where useful, supporting material should identify the source or platform, relevant date range and what the evidence demonstrates.

Important Limitations

Case studies describe specific project circumstances. Past observations do not guarantee future outcomes.

Results may depend on factors including the offer, pricing, budget, market demand, competition, creative quality, tracking setup, website or store experience, follow-up, fulfillment and wider business operations.

Review Before Publication

Client-specific claims, screenshots, testimonials or quantitative results should not be published without appropriate source material and permission where required.
